Gold-i Opens Office In Shanghai

Gold-i, the world leader in trading systems integration and leading MT4 technology specialist, has opened an office at One Corporation Avenue, HuBin Road in Shanghai following increasing demand for its services in the Asia-Pacific region.

The new Shanghai-based office, set up as a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE), is being headed up by Max Tsen who has a wealth of experience providing technical support in Asia and has spent a number of months working from Gold-i’s UK office, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, service and culture.

Gold-i develops all its software in-house and has a wide range of products – including the Gold-i Bridge, Gold-i MAM and Gold-i Visual Edge – which help MT4 brokers to make more money, cut costs, reduce risk and differentiate from competitors.

Over the last six years, the company has developed a prestigious client base consisting of some of the world’s largest and fastest growing brokerages and has won the ultimate UK business accolade – a Queen’s Award for Enteprise in recognition of its innovative products and ability to help MT4 brokers worldwide to thrive. Gold-i is renowned across the globe for its high service levels and technical knowledge combined with an in-depth understanding of MT4 broker requirements – whether they are start-ups or established global businesses.

Tom Higgins, CEO of Gold-i comments, “Our Shanghai office is the first Gold-i office outside the UK and an exciting development for the company. We already have a number of prestigious broker clients in China and wanted to have a local language support team which operates within the Asia-Pac time zone delivering the same exceptional levels of support as Gold-i’s UK-based team.We hope that having a local presence will fuel further growth in the region.”

Max Tsen, Gold-i’s Asia Business Development and Operations Executive adds, “I am looking forward to my new role in extending Gold-i’s excellent levels of technical support into the China region and to helping such an innovative, highly respected organisation to grow. As Gold-i’s products and services are already in demand in China, I also need to focus on recruiting the right people into the business so that we can expand our team in the Shanghai office.”
