Matt joined Gold-i in 2016 after a 10 year career at Fidessa, where he progressed from Support Analyst through to Help Desk Team Leader and then Service Manager for Europe.

A strong focus on client service has always been at the heart of the Gold-i offering – and Matt is continually looking at ways of improving our service from our UK and China offices. He has an ITIL Foundation 3.0 certification and has used some of the ITIL framework to enhance Gold-i’s support offering and streamline some of the processes.
